The Pivot That Changed My life

For a long time, I thought I was just tired.

But the truth is — I was tired of being last on my own list.

I kept telling myself I’d rest when things slowed down… when the house was clean, when the kids were settled, when the business was less chaotic. You know how that story goes.

Eventually, I realized what I was waiting for wasn’t time — it was permission.

So I gave it to myself.

I decided to start treating taking care of myself like a job.

I scheduled it in.
I showed up for myself.
I even had meetings with myself — weekly check-ins to ask:

“What do you need this week to feel good?”

That one pivot changed everything.

Not because I started doing more.
But because I remembered I’m still living my life.
I am, after all, a whole-ass person. Not just a role I play.

This mindset shift rippled out into everything:

  • I worked differently.

  • I showed up in my relationships with more honesty.

  • I stopped looking for balance and started looking for wholeness.

And now? That’s what I help other women do.

Not hustle harder.
Not figure it all out by Friday.
But listen to themselves, honor what they need, and gently move forward.

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward a new season — but you’re still in the thick of the old one — I see you.

You’re not broken.
You’re outgrowing.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

✨ I’ve opened a few 1:1 spots for women who are in this season of change.
If that’s you, message me “pivot” to learn more.
